TRIPLEN HIGH PERFORMANCE BOTTOM - Three-layer bottom steel - aluminium - thick steel. The fusion of the 2 metals using the impact bonding method ensures perfect anchorage of the base to the body of the pan, guaranteeing optimum heat diffusion over the entire surface - thanks to the extra-thick aluminium layer - and making it suitable for all heat sources, including induction.
