Its new cylindrical shape is embellished with ergonomic silicone handles designed by Claudio Bellini and applied with precious stainless steel rivets, which guarantee a secure and long-lasting attachment. The special 1 cm high steel-aluminium-steel three-layer diffuser base is suitable for all hobs, including induction.

TRIPLEN PLUS BOTTOM - Three-layer bottom steel - aluminium - thick steel. The fusion of the two metals by means of the impact bonding method ensures perfect anchorage of the base to the body of the pan, guaranteeing optimum heat diffusion over the entire surface - thanks to the thick aluminium layer - and making it suitable for all heat sources, including induction.
