The new Tummy Evolution has been redesigned by Claudio Bellini. The body is made of 18/10 satin stainless steel with a polished band, like the handles. The special 3-layer steel-aluminium-steel bottom, suitable for induction, guarantees optimal heat distribution. The respectful restyling of the historical version relaunches the Tummy collection towards the future, in tune with the taste and needs of the contemporary kitchen.

TRIPLEN BOTTOM - To enhance the thermal conductivity of the steel, an aluminum bottom encapsulated in a steel disc is applied to the body of the pot. The aluminum layer allows a homogeneous diffusion of heat over the entire bottom and reduces the risk of burns.
