TRIPLEN BOTTOM - To enhance the thermal conductivity of the steel, an aluminum bottom encapsulated in a steel disc is applied to the body of the pot. The aluminum layer allows a homogeneous diffusion of heat over the entire bottom and reduces the risk of burns.
