Shipping cost

Please refer to the following table. Transport costs may vary depending on the country of destination and the weight/volume of the shipment.Shipping to Italy is free for orders over 150€, below that the cost is 13€. Delivery is at street level and there is no packaging pickup. Delivery takes 2-5 working days with express couriers such as DHL, FEDEX, TNT or UPS. Please note, standard shipping may not be free for very large orders or for smaller islands and remote areas. Customs duties are excluded for shipments outside the European Community (non-EU), they will be charged to the recipient and will be requested by the shipper during delivery.

Delivery times will vary depending on the availability and size of the products purchased. Once the order is placed, the average availability time of each item is indicated in the product description section. Delivery times are beyond our control. AGOF Store is not responsible for any delays caused by delivery delays of the manufacturing companies; we point out that it is our interest to deliver the ordered products as soon as possible to satisfy our customers.

Upon receipt of your order, if an item has been damaged we recommend that you do not accept the damaged goods or sign the delivery note "RESERVE TO CHECK GOODS for damaged package". Please immediately notify the carrier and our Customer Service Department of the damage within 5 days of receipt by sending an e-mail to [email protected], indicating order number and attaching photos of the damaged product. The product to be replaced must be carefully stored in its original packaging.
