Equatore floor lamp by Fontana Arte
Equatore floor is a contemporary reinterpretation of the classic lamps with glass shade. If in traditional abat-jours the diffuser houses the light source inside, in this family of lamps the diffuser is paradoxically and suggestively empty and the light effect is produced by two luminous discs inside a central metal band, visible on the lampshade that recalls the line of the equator. The light produced by the LEDs, thanks to internal screens arranged in layers, is regularly distributed over the surface of the discs, magically irradiating them with light. The lower disc produces a downward light emission, the upper one illuminates the glass cap, for a soft light diffusion. Floor lamp providing diffused dimmable light, galvanized metal frame, transparent glass inner diffuser. Black power cord, dimmer and plug. Integrated led. Available in two sizes and various colors.
