Funiculí A Fabric wall lamp by Marset
Funiculí is one of Marset's most emblematic lamps. Its design is more than 30 years old, but it is still as modern and functional as the day it was designed. With its direct or indirect light, easily adjustable height and variety of bright and subtle colours, Funiculí leaves little room for innovation. Heir to the first Funiculí, we offer a version with a fabric shade, a design that Lluís Porqueras first conceived in 1979 but which is only now seeing the light of day. While respecting the initial design as much as possible, only the proportions have been updated. In the fabric version, the fabric of the shade unlocks the light, allowing it to filter and illuminate the space better. It shares the same structure as the original, so the lamp can easily be adjusted to the desired height. The essence of both lamps continues to be their simplicity, but this design is chic and classic, perhaps even more sophisticated than the original.
