Martinelli Luce
Martinelli Luce was founded in 1950 in Lucca, Tuscany, thanks to the genius and commitment of Elio Martinelli, one of the most important designers of the 60s and 70s, specialised in the lighting sector. Thanks to such passion, a geometric and essential aesthetic language and constant technological innovation, Martinelli Luce has gradually established itself as a reference point in its sector. From a historical company with more than seventy years of experience were born design icons such as the Cobra lamp by Elio Martinelli, or the Ruspa and the Pipistrello by Gae Aulenti, which are still present in museums of worldwide interest such as the MoMa in New York and the Triennale in Milan. The numerous awards obtained over the years are the result of the values that have always inspired Martinelli Luce: investment in production technologies, research of essentiality, experimentation and innovation.
