Applique Radieuse wall lamp by Nemo

In 1949, Le Corbusier designed the Applique d'entrée des appartments, a wall lamp made of curved sheet metal to illuminate the entrances of the Unité d'Habitation in Marseille. Using a distinctive silhouette, the Maestro designed the wall light, giving it maximum efficiency while concealing the light source. The light emission can be arranged as desired, downlight or uplight for direct or diffused light. The colours are the same as those adopted for the Unité d'Habitation: the iconic red, blue, white, orange and green.
